Step inside a historic Richmond building dating to 1900, and you step back in time. Picture the city residence of a well-traveled merchant, the place he kept for his time in town, away from his countryside estate. Every room holds what he gathered on his travels: antique furniture, books collected over a lifetime, curiosities from distant ports and richly layered interiors that reveal their character slowly.
Bohemian Visions was created to feel like that private residence, not a conventional photography studio. Its Southern Gothic atmosphere invites you into a world of intimacy, artistry and a little mystery, and every room offers another story to tell together.
There are no invitations to answer and no audience to please. For a few hours, it’s just the two of you, completely present with each other.
You don’t have to arrive with rehearsed poses or a practiced version of romance.
