At Bohemian Visions, every session is thoughtfully designed as a private, luxury experience. To provide the highest level of service, we reserve dedicated studio time, coordinate professional hair and makeup, prepare the Client Closet, and customize your experience specifically for you.
Your boudoir experience is reserved once the $3,499 minimum investment is paid in full.
Bohemian Visions is designed for clients who are ready to make an intentional investment in themselves and their experience. Session dates are not held with deposits or in-house payment plans.
If you need additional time to prepare financially, you are welcome to do so before booking. Once your minimum investment is paid in full, you may select and secure an available session date.
Additional artwork, albums, digital images, or collection upgrades selected beyond the minimum investment are purchased separately according to the terms provided at your reveal.
We understand that life happens.
If you need to reschedule your session, please notify us as soon as possible. Sessions may be rescheduled within six (6) months of the original session date, subject to studio availability.
Payments already made may be transferred to one new session date when the rescheduling request is made before the day of the session.
Same-day rescheduling requests are treated as same-day cancellations and are subject to the cancellation policy below.
Because your session date is reserved exclusively for you and preparation begins well in advance, cancellations made before your photography experience is completed are subject to the following terms:
If you prefer to reschedule rather than cancel, your payment may be transferred to a new session date in accordance with the Rescheduling Policy above.
Once your photography session has been completed and your final images have been delivered, all payments and sales are final and non-refundable.
Additional artwork, albums, digital images, and collection upgrades are subject to the purchase terms provided at the time of selection.
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
We do not accept, personal checks, Cash App, Venmo, or Zelle.
If you plan to use a debit card for a large transaction, we recommend contacting your financial institution before your purchase to confirm or temporarily increase your daily spending limit. Daily transaction limits are a common reason otherwise valid debit-card transactions are declined.
Bohemian Visions Studio & Gallery may update this policy as business practices change. The Payment & Booking Policy in effect at the time your session is booked will govern your reservation.
