Boudoir Photographer’s Inspiration
A boudoir self-portrait shot in my actual boudoir. As a professional boudoir photographer, Spending time in my boudoir practicing poses, going to museums and study paintings. I find inspiration for my clients. I’m a curvy woman, so I personally understand my clients’ reservations about posing nude. So I strip down and put myself in awkward positions to learn how my body looks through the photographer’s gaze. I want to experience what I put my clients through. How do I perceive the rolls, the lines, and the angles of my body? Every frame should tell a story. What is the perceived story vs. the actual? I inform my clients these poses are uncomfortable, but they will look amazing in the photo. I understand how it feels to be uncomfortable in your skin. Focus on the areas you love. There is so much more to this than seducing anyone, man or woman, with just my thighs and feet. Love your flaws as well as your attributes. Seduction is in the subtleties and how you feel.
Bohemian Visions was born out of the owner’s desire to rebel against societal expectations and traditional beauty standards. I wanted to create a space where people could feel safe and empowered to embrace their unique beauty and sensuality. I also wanted to create a business that could support her and her family while providing a meaningful and fulfilling career.
Through my own experiences with body image and confidence, I developed a deep passion for helping others rediscover their own self-worth and beauty. This passion, combined with her artistic vision and technical skill, has allowed her to create a business that is both successful and meaningful.
